I’ve been in the creative and design world for 25 years and have always had a passion for teaching. In fact, teaching is something I’ll always do, no matter where my career leads.
I hold a B.A. in Communication Sciences and Journalism from Tecnológico de Monterrey, an M.A. in Multimedia from CSU East Bay, and an M.A. in Interactive Design & Game Development from Savannah College of Art & Design. I began teaching at CSU East Bay after grad school, then spent nearly 10 years at Cañada College before moving to Fort Collins in 2010, where I currently teach in the Journalism & Media Communication Department at CSU.
I live in Fort Collins with my husband Peter, our daughter, and our pets, Luna the dog and Sage the cat. I love exploring technology, creativity, camping by the river, cooking, gardening, and diving into all sorts of crafting and art.
